The AESA Award in the non-residential category for landscape work at Radisson Resorts and Spa, Alibaug. A competition held by the M.I.D.C., for the development of an 8-acre five star MIDC zone was won by Ar. Shobha Bhopatkar and was successfully executed in a record time of 3 months.

The IIA National award for excellence in landscape design for Windsor Avenue, a residential project at Pune.

The Charter Award (from USA) of excellence, for Landscape development at Dasve Village (Lavasa). Shobha Bhopatkar worked with the HOK Principle architect.
