The client envisioned a museum which will not only tell the story of Shri Dajikaka Gadgil, but bring the patrons closer to the key personality of P.N. Gadgil Jewelers and Dajikaka Gadgil Developers. The challenge was to create an experience that brings out the life of this eminent personality for the visitors. The space has drawn from strong lines and geometric references. Keeping his vision and legacy, the entire space lets the visitors connect with different aspects of Shri Dajikaka Gadgil through experiential frames. The language of basic communication is kept simple and relevant keeping in mind the varied patrons visiting the museum. Through the use of audio – visual and illumination techniques the viewers are completely involved in the life story of this illustrious personality. This state-of-the-art museum is an experiential tribute to Shri Dajikaka Gadgil and his values that stirred the family business to great heights.
