The task at hand was to create a majestic structure which will give the residents a one of a kind experience. The client envisioned clubhouse which incorporated multipurpose spaces of varied capacity for a host of social activities. The construction is surrounded by a feature wall which gives linearity to the clubhouse and the buildings around, retaining the geometric plan of the schemes. The hall opens into a lawn giving it a vast expanse. Similarly, the first floor indoor games area opens into a semi covered terrace. Sunken seating designed in water bodies make up the surprise element of the structure.
