The client desired an area where the residents could get their privacy. Keeping this in mind, the SVG Pavilion is designed using a modernist and minimalist approach. The construction consists of spaces of recreation like the private bar and home theatre. The location of the pavilion is at the podium level with the parking on the ground level. This makes it easily accessible to the residents. The waterbody makes the entrance interesting and the bordering shrub bed visually disconnects the area.
