The client envisaged an area that would reflect the lifestyle and tastes of a highly influential personality living at Theur, a town situated near Pune. The design and landscape is designed keeping in mind the tastes and style of the client. The design ensures that the friends and family would be entertained. A vast lush lawn is located in front of the house and a large swimming pool is included in the design to accommodate a large number of guests. The farmhouse is an ideal venue for various social gatherings.
