The client wished for a space focusing on visual tranquility and relaxation for the residential complex inhabitants. The project is spread over 150 acres of land and divided into three phases according to the natural levels of plot. The integrated township has state-of-the-art facilities and the landscape is designed around them weaving the three phases of the contour together. This is done through proper circulation of flow internally and physical buffer areas between zones. The existing trees around the periphery have been incorporated in the design. Keeping in mind the use of the space, barriers in the form of planters divide the space physically and visually from sports courts, kids play area and clubhouse. The amphitheatre doubles up as a multi-utility space by opening up the podium. The flow of vehicular traffic is restricted for uninterrupted pedestrian and cycling paths. A great deal of importance is given to each and every detail to give a beautiful panorama view from each direction.
