The client envisioned a suburban oasis which would infuse life in the daily routine of the people. The design of the structure focuses creating a true community space based on facilities that would nurture talent, exercise the mind, body and soul. The lush green gardens are landscaped in a fashion to give the visitor a serene feel. The construction hosts a wide range of amenities like central park, amphitheatre, swimming pool, jogging track, multiple sports courts, and children play areas.
